Construction Team v1.13 - Procurement, Budget Control and 4D BIM
Construction Team v1.13 closes the chain from material request to paid invoice with a new "Procurement" module, brings budget control up to a level you'd expect from EVM and baseline plans, and shows schedule progress directly on the 3D model of the site. We're also adding a lighter 3D viewer, faster registration and several improvements across the whole app.
Procurement - from request to invoice, in one place
Before version 1.13, the path of a material - from a site's need to paying the supplier - ran through several disconnected steps. The new "Procurement" module closes that gap with two linked pieces: a request and an order.
Everything starts with a material request from a site. It goes through approval, and the system automatically checks what can be covered from stock on hand before it ever becomes an order. Only the real, uncovered need turns into a purchase order to a supplier - with a PDF sent by email and status tracking all the way through delivery.
The most important part comes at the end - a three-way match between what was ordered, delivered and invoiced. If something doesn't line up - say, more invoiced than ordered - the system flags it right away, instead of the mismatch surfacing months later during reconciliation.

Budget control - from forecast to a shareholder report
Budget analysis for a project just got its biggest expansion yet. The new "Payment calendar" tab shows cash flow by actual payment dates, with a separate "Forecast" mode for what's coming further ahead. Changes to project scope no longer blur the original budget - the "Change orders" tab records them as a new version instead of a silent adjustment to the old numbers.
For tighter control we're adding EVM analysis with several estimate-at-completion methods and a recommended reserve - a tool familiar from classic project management, built directly into the project's budget. Alongside it comes a baseline plan (a snapshot of the original numbers) with a "plan vs. actual" chart, so you can immediately see where execution is heading relative to what was planned.
Budget alerts no longer stop at being a warning - with one action they turn into an assignable task. And when you need to show status to outside stakeholders, export now covers every tab, plus a ready-made PDF shareholder report with your company's logo.

4D BIM - the schedule on the 3D model
The new "4D" tab shows the progress of the linear schedule directly on the 3D model of the site, instead of only in a table of dates. Model elements are linked to schedule activities automatically, and wherever the automatic link falls short, you finish it manually by picking straight in the 3D scene.
The result is a view that answers one simple question - what should be finished on the model by a given date - without flipping to a separate schedule off to the side.
More accurate automatic schedule classification
The linear schedule now handles unrecognized line items better - instead of stopping, it falls back to an AI classifier, and the "Assumptions" panel shows the origin of every automatic call, so you know what to trust and what to check by hand. A manual correction made once can be saved with the "Remember" option and applied automatically to future schedules for the same company.
A lighter 3D model viewer
The 3D visualization got search, an element tree, multi-select and a direct link to the quantity survey - a smoother way to work with the model without leaving it. We also added a field mode with offline cache and a floor plan, optimized for working from a mobile device on site, plus faster loading thanks to a lighter footprint for the 3D models themselves.
Other improvements
Beyond the new modules, version 1.13 brings faster loading across the whole app - dashboard, search, reports and nomenclature. PDF document printing now keeps a consistent language for the recipient everywhere in the system, and PDF/Excel downloads now work from every detail page, not just a select few screens. Nomenclature offers over 1,000 predefined items that load automatically in the company's language at registration - and registration itself is now shorter, with fewer fields up front. We also added quiet hours, plus the ability to mute notifications for a specific site, for a calmer workday.
For other countries
The features in 1.13 don't depend on the country - procurement, budget, 4D BIM and 3D viewing all work the same way everywhere the system is used.
Where this is heading
Procurement closes the cost chain from the supplier's side, and budget control closes it from the reporting side - together they give full visibility into where a project's money is going, in real time. 4D BIM is the first step toward a schedule that lives on the model, not next to it; upcoming versions will deepen both directions.
